What the e-wallet does

Every distributor gets a wallet that records commissions earned, bonuses, adjustments, withdrawals and fees. Each entry is a line in an append-only ledger with a timestamp, a source and a reason, so a balance can always be explained from its history. Nothing is overwritten.

The admin side has pending, approved and paid states for payout requests, minimum withdrawal rules, holding periods and manual adjustments that require a reason. Money amounts use exact decimal arithmetic, never floating point, so rounding does not drift over thousands of postings.

How USDT payouts work

USDT can be offered as one payout method next to bank transfer or a card-based payout provider. Typical builds support TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20 addresses. The distributor saves a wallet address, the system validates its format, and an admin approves a payout batch that is exported or sent through the payout route you choose.

Some builds also generate deposit addresses so distributors can top up a wallet or pay for an order, with blockchain webhooks confirming the transaction. We build the software that records and routes these movements. We do not hold your funds, run an exchange or act as a payment institution.

Controls that protect the ledger

  • Approval steps: large payouts can need a second admin before release.
  • Address rules: a changed payout address can trigger a delay or a confirmation step.
  • Duplicate checks: a payout cannot be released twice for the same request.
  • Reconciliation reports: total owed, total paid and total pending, exportable for your accountant.
  • Audit log: who approved what, and when.

Payout rules sit beside the commission and payout engine, so a commission and the wallet entry it creates are linked.

Crypto payouts are an option, not a requirement, and they depend on the law where you and your distributors are. Money transmission, licensing, tax reporting, sanctions screening and know-your-customer rules differ by country, and you are responsible for the licences and compliance your business needs. Have a lawyer review any crypto payout design before launch. See our compliance page for what we will and will not build.

Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible. A payout sent to a wrong address is typically lost, which is why the build includes address validation and confirmation steps. Network fees and stablecoin value can change, and no software removes that risk.

Questions about mlm software agency in United States

Do you hold or move our distributors' money?

No. We build the wallet ledger, the payout workflow and the integrations. Funds stay in accounts and wallets that you control, and you are the one operating the payout process. We do not act as a bank, exchange or payment processor, and we do not take custody of client funds.

Which USDT networks can you support?

Typical builds support TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 addresses. The right choice depends on network fees, your distributors' habits and your payout provider. We confirm the networks during scoping and write them into the scope, so you know what is included before work starts.

Can we offer bank payouts and USDT together?

Yes. Most clients offer more than one method. The wallet ledger is the same for every method, and each payout records which method was used, the fee and the reference. That keeps your reports consistent whether a payout went to a bank, a card provider or a USDT address.

Is a crypto payout option legal for my company?

That depends on your country, your distributors' countries and how your business is structured. We build software and do not give legal or financial advice. Ask a lawyer who knows direct selling and digital assets before you switch on crypto payouts in any market.

How long does an e-wallet build take?

A wallet and payout module is usually part of a larger build. Our standard network package is typically $4,500 to $7,500 over 2 to 3 weeks, and the enterprise package with wallets and multiple currencies is typically $9,500 to $18,000 over 4 to 6 weeks. A written quote follows scoping. See pricing.
