Direct selling compliance: what a lawful plan needs from its software

We build software only for legitimate direct selling companies. Here is what that means, what we will not build, and how we make every rule traceable for review.

  • Genuine product sales only
  • Rules your lawyer can read
  • No pyramid or Ponzi builds

What we will and will not build

We build software for direct selling businesses whose compensation comes from genuine retail sales of real products to customers. We will not build or promote any of these:

  • Pyramid or Ponzi structures.
  • Plans that pay mainly for recruiting rather than for product sales.
  • Schemes presented as investments with fixed or promised returns.
  • Cash-gifting, board or similar pass-around schemes.

If a project turns out to be one of these, we stop. We will also tell you early if a plan looks like it needs a lawyer's review before any code is written.

Rules that apply to direct selling

Direct selling is regulated. In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission and state laws look at how a company earns money, what it tells people about income and whether the structure rewards product sales or recruiting. Other countries have their own direct selling, consumer protection and securities rules, and some restrict certain plan types.

Your company must have the compensation plan, the income disclosure statement and its marketing claims reviewed by a lawyer who knows direct selling in each market. We are a software agency. We do not give legal advice, and we do not certify that a plan is lawful.

How the software supports review

We implement the plan you document and make each rule traceable. Every bonus has a written rule statement, a worked example and an automated test, so your reviewer can compare the plan to the software. The commission engine stores which rule created each payout.

  • Retail tracking: reports separate customer sales from distributor purchases through the direct selling store.
  • Refund and return rules: configurable windows, with commissions reversed.
  • Records: exportable order, commission and payout history.
  • Data exports: the figures a lawyer needs to prepare an income disclosure.

Member data should be protected and handled under the privacy laws that apply to your markets. We build with access control, audit logs and encryption in mind, and the client decides what is collected and how it is used. Payout options such as USDT are subject to the client's local law, as described on the e-wallet page.

You own the code and the accounts you pay for. We sign an NDA on request. Compliance is the sum of your plan, your claims, your operations and your advice, and software is one part of it. For typical packages and timelines, see pricing.

Questions about mlm software agency in United States

Can you tell me whether my plan is legal?

No. We are a software agency, not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. We can describe what the plan does in plain language and make each rule traceable, which helps your lawyer review it. The decision on whether a plan is lawful in a market belongs to you and your advisers.

What do you do if my plan looks like a pyramid scheme?

We raise it before building and ask you to have a lawyer review the plan. If the plan pays mainly for recruiting, or promises returns on a payment, we will decline the project. We only build for companies whose pay comes from real product sales to customers.

Do you provide income disclosure statements?

No. An income disclosure is a legal document your company prepares with a lawyer. We can build exports of commission data from your system to support that work, but the wording, the method and the decision to publish are yours.

Is the software certified or approved by any regulator?

No, and no one can honestly say software is approved in advance. Regulators look at your business as a whole, not at the code. We build clear, documented software and keep an audit trail, which makes it easier to answer questions about how a payment was calculated.

How do I start a compliance-first project?

Chat with us on WhatsApp or Telegram and describe your products, your plan and your markets. We scope the work, write the rules in plain language for your lawyer, and send a written quote. Typical packages are on the pricing page.
