What do we do?

MLM Software Agency builds the software behind direct selling and network marketing companies: compensation plan engines, member portals, genealogy trees, e-wallets and payouts. We focus on this one area, so the questions we ask are specific to it. How do you handle a tie in rank? What happens to a bonus when an order is refunded? Which rounding rule applies?

We work with founders and operators who already know what they sell. Some have a plan on paper and some have a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself. Either way, we begin with the rules, not with screens.

How do we work?

Written first. We work from your documented plan and turn each rule into a worked example.
Tested math. Money is calculated with exact decimal arithmetic, and bonus rules are tested against those examples before launch.
Traceable payouts. Every payout can be traced back to the orders and rules that produced it.
Milestones. You get a written scope and pay in milestones.
Your code. The client owns the code and the accounts it pays for. We sign an NDA on request.

None of this is a promise about how well your business will do. It is a description of how we build and how we communicate.

What will we not build?

We only build for legitimate direct selling businesses whose compensation comes from genuine retail sales of real products to customers. We do not build or promote pyramid or Ponzi structures, schemes that pay mainly for recruiting, schemes presented as investments with fixed returns, or cash gifting and board schemes. If a project looks like one of these, we will say so and decline.
