Binary plan software

Binary MLM software with pairing, carry forward and caps

We build binary plan software for legitimate direct selling companies: left and right volume, pairing, carry forward and caps, written as rules your team and your lawyer can review.

  • Left and right leg volume tracking
  • Pairing ratios, carry forward and caps
  • Every rule tested on worked examples

What does binary MLM software have to do?

In a binary plan each member has two legs, left and right. Sales volume from real product orders flows up into both legs, and the member is paid on matched volume, usually the weaker leg. The software has to track that volume for every member and every cycle without losing or double counting a point.

That gets complicated once you add placement rules, carry forward, caps and ranks. Binary MLM software is mostly careful bookkeeping, so we build it that way: one source of truth for volume, and bonuses calculated from it.

Which binary plan rules can we implement?

We implement the plan you document. Typical binary rules include:

  • Matching ratios such as 1:1, 2:1 or 1:2, and the value of each pair.
  • Carry forward of unmatched volume, or flush rules if your plan expires it.
  • Daily, weekly or monthly caps on pairing bonuses.
  • Placement choices: left, right, weaker leg or a power leg setting, and how spillover is placed.
  • Qualification rules, such as a minimum number of personally sponsored active members.

Where we can, rules are stored as settings.

How do we keep binary payouts traceable?

Money math uses exact decimal arithmetic, not floating point, so rounding does not drift. Before building, we write your plan as numbered rules with worked examples, and those examples become automated tests.

Each payout records which volume, which rule and which cycle produced it, so you can answer a distributor who asks why a number is what it is. The payout side is on our commission and payout engine page, and the tree itself is on the genealogy tree viewer page.

A binary plan is only as sound as its source of volume. We build it only for direct selling businesses whose commissions come from genuine retail sales of real products to customers. We do not build schemes that pay mainly for recruiting, are presented as investments with fixed returns, or run on cash gifting.

Direct selling is regulated, for example by FTC rules in the US and by local law elsewhere. Have the plan and your income disclosures reviewed by a lawyer before launch. We implement the documented plan and cannot promise any earnings, growth or compliance result. See our legal and compliance page.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

A single binary plan with member portal and admin fits our Standard network package, typically $4,500 to $7,500 and 2 to 3 weeks once the plan is documented. Hybrid or multi-currency work moves toward the Enterprise range, typically $9,500 to $18,000 over 4 to 6 weeks. Timelines depend on scope and on timely feedback, and a written quote follows a scoping conversation. See the pricing page. You own the code and accounts you pay for.

Questions about mlm software agency in United States

What is the difference between pairing and a matching bonus?

Pairing pays on matched left and right volume inside your own binary tree. A matching bonus pays a percentage of what your personally sponsored members earned. Many plans use both, and we implement each as a separate rule with its own cap, so the two never get mixed up in reports.

Can you add a weekly cap or a flush rule?

Yes. Caps and flush rules are common in binary plans and can be set per day, week or month, and per rank if needed. Caps protect the company payout budget but change what distributors earn, so they belong in your written plan and income disclosures, not only in the code.

How does auto-placement work in a binary tree?

Placement rules decide which open position a new member takes. Options include a chosen leg, the weaker leg or the first open spot. We write the rule down and test it on sample trees, so any position can be explained. Moving a member later is a logged admin action.

Can you migrate our existing members and balances?

Often yes, if you can give us an export of members, sponsor and placement links and balances. We check the export for broken links and mismatched totals before loading, and run old and new calculations side by side for a cycle.

Do you design the compensation plan for us?

We implement a plan you have documented. We will ask questions that expose gaps, such as what happens to volume when an order is refunded. We do not design plans that rely on recruiting for income, and your lawyer should review the plan and disclosures before launch.
