Genealogy tree viewer

MLM genealogy tree software with levels that load on demand

A downline viewer for binary, unilevel and matrix plans that loads a few levels at a time, with search, filters and permission rules so members see only what they should.

  • Binary, unilevel and matrix views
  • Search by name or member ID
  • Members see only their own downline

What is a genealogy tree viewer for?

Distributors use it to see their team, who joined, who is active and where volume sits. Your staff use it to check sponsor and placement chains, because most commission questions start with a position in the tree. A viewer that is slow or confusing quickly turns into support tickets, so it is worth building properly.

Ours works for the plan you run, whether binary, unilevel or matrix, and reads from the same data your commission engine uses.

How do we keep large trees responsive?

Drawing a whole network at once does not work once it grows. We use these techniques:

  • Load a few levels at a time and fetch more when a branch is opened.
  • Store each member's upline path, so lookups do not scan the whole members table.
  • Cache heavy counts, such as team size, and refresh them each cycle.
  • Test with data sized to the network you expect.

Speed still depends on hosting and data size. We design towards your expected size and measure it during the project, and we do not state a member count as achieved.

What views and tools are included?

A binary view shows left and right legs with volume. A unilevel view shows levels as a list or tree. A matrix view shows filled and open positions. Across all of them you can search by name, member ID or username, and filter by rank, active status and join date.

Each node can show rank, personal and group volume and status. Admins can compare sponsor and placement lines and move a member where your plan allows it, with every move logged. Admins can also export a branch for review.

A downline view exposes personal data about other people. By default members see their own downline only, with a limited set of fields such as name, member ID and rank, and not contact details. Privacy laws such as GDPR can apply depending on where your members live, and you are responsible for your own policies and notices.

The viewer is one part of a wider system. See the replicated websites page for the public side.

Questions about mlm software agency in United States

Can the viewer handle a very large network?

It is designed to load levels on demand so a large network does not have to load at once. We cannot give a fixed member limit, because speed depends on your data and hosting. During the project we test with data sized to your expected network and report what we measure.

Can members see everyone in their downline?

Only if you decide so. By default a member sees their own downline with limited fields. You can narrow this further, for example by showing only a number of levels, or hiding names beyond the frontline. We write the choice into the spec so your privacy notice can match it.

Does it show both sponsor and placement lines?

Yes, where your plan has both. In binary and matrix plans the sponsor line and the placement line can differ because of spillover. Admins can switch between them to answer questions. Members see the view your plan defines, so what they see matches how they are paid.

Can admins move members in the tree?

If your plan allows it. Moves are an admin action that records who made the change, when and why, and the commission engine can then be told whether to recalculate. We recommend strict limits on moves, because they affect other members' pay.

Is the tree viewer sold separately?

It is normally part of a full build. It fits inside our Standard network or Enterprise global packages, depending on scope and on how many plan types it must display. A written quote follows scoping, and the pricing page gives the typical ranges and timelines.
