Matrix plan software

Matrix MLM software for forced matrix plans and spillover

We build forced matrix plan software for legitimate direct selling companies: fixed width and depth, written spillover rules and level payouts that can be traced and reviewed.

  • Fixed width and depth, such as 3x7
  • Written, testable spillover rules
  • Level payouts tied to product orders

What is a forced matrix plan?

A forced matrix limits how many members can sit on each level below you. A 3x7 matrix is three wide and seven levels deep. A 2x12 matrix is two wide and twelve deep. When your frontline is full, new members you sponsor are placed under someone else in your matrix. That placement is called spillover.

Matrix MLM software has to decide, for every new member, exactly which open position they take, and then pay the right people when orders arrive.

Which matrix rules can we implement?

We implement the plan you document. Typical matrix rules include:

  • Width and depth of the matrix, and whether a member has one matrix or several.
  • The order in which open positions are filled, for example level by level and left to right.
  • Payout per filled position or per level, and any minimum order needed to qualify.
  • Fast start bonuses and rank requirements on top of the matrix.
  • What happens when a position becomes inactive.

Positions in our builds are tied to real product orders, so each payout can be traced to a sale.

How do we make spillover clear and fair to explain?

Spillover means part of a member's result depends on how others recruit. Your plan documents and income disclosures should say so plainly. In the software, placement is deterministic: the same inputs always put a member in the same position. We test it on sample trees and keep a placement history for every member.

Admin moves are possible but logged with who did it and why. Members see their matrix in the genealogy tree viewer.

Matrix plans draw regulator attention when pay depends on entry fees and filled positions rather than product sales. We build matrix software only for direct selling businesses whose commissions come from genuine retail sales of real products to customers.

We do not build board, revolving or cash-gifting schemes, or anything that pays mainly for recruiting or presents fixed returns. Have your lawyer review the plan and income disclosures. We cannot promise that any member completes a matrix or earns anything. See legal and compliance.

Questions about mlm software agency in United States

What do 3x7 and 2x12 mean?

The first number is how many members sit directly under you on each level, the width. The second is how many levels deep the plan pays, the depth. So 3x7 pays across seven levels with three positions per member on the first level. We can build other sizes your plan specifies.

Can the matrix restart when it fills?

Some plans let a member start a new matrix after the first one completes. We can implement that only where each new position requires a genuine product purchase. We do not build revolving or board schemes where members pay in for a position and are paid from later entrants.

How does spillover choose a position?

Your plan sets the order. A common rule fills the nearest open position in the sponsor's matrix, level by level and left to right. We write the rule as a numbered step, add worked examples and run tests so the result is the same every time and can be explained to a member.

Can members choose where to place new recruits?

Only if your plan allows it. Free placement gives members more control but more room for disputes and gaming. We can build manual placement within limits, such as a time window, with every choice logged. Whichever you pick, state it in your plan documents.

What does a matrix plan build cost?

One matrix plan with member portal and admin fits our Standard network package, typically $4,500 to $7,500 and 2 to 3 weeks once the plan is documented. Extra bonuses, wallets or currencies can move it toward the Enterprise range. A written quote follows scoping. See pricing.
